The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has successfully driven significant operational efficiency, cleanliness, and record management milestones under the ongoing Special Campaign 6.0. Demonstrating a strong commitment to institutional excellence and environmental responsibility, the Ministry recorded remarkable outcomes across multiple key performance indicators.

As part of the nationwide cleanliness drive, all 75 planned cleanliness campaigns were successfully conducted well before time. This year, the Ministry has exceeded its initial projections by initiating additional drives. This proactive approach resulted in freeing up of 15,740 square feet of office space and projections are that more space will be opened up as the clean-up continues.

Furthermore, the campaign yielded an impressive revenue of Rs. 10,50,520 through e-waste management and recycling initiatives, successfully processing electronic and electrical equipment.

In the domain of record management and grievance redressal, the Ministry made rapid progress by weeding out 850 files out of identified 2,523 physical files for weeding, alongside reviewing 8,823 physical files out of 9,309 target files. Additionally, the administration successfully addressed public grievances, resolving 316 out of 330 pending CPGRAMs, and cleared 217 public grievance appeals out of 435 pending appeals.

Parliamentary and PMO reference targets are also being systematically monitored to ensure timely administrative action.

These achievements underscore that the Ministry is dedicated to fostering a transparent, accountable, and citizen-centric governance framework by promoting sustainable e-waste recycling, reclaiming valuable office space, and accelerating administrative responsiveness.
